Rental Application

Directions:

1. Application for rent must have all sections completed.
2. Be sure to sign rental application.
3. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
4. Application fee is $35
5. Tennant must include a copy of most recent pay check and copy of driver’s license with application.

7. To qualify applicant must earn 3x rent, have verifiable rental history, and pass credit check.
